And yes that’s the main reason; thru internet only, I decided to shop and sling most evidenced based information for you . I will be writing blogs with with facts, not fiction and providing recipes that are easy, healthy and yet very tasty.
My name is Naama Yousaf-Ali, a dietitian with over 18 years of experience in Ontario. Throughout my career, I’ve helped many people struggling with weight management, Diabetes, Chronic kidney disease, Cardiovascular disease. I have keen interest in nutritional concerns of pre and peri menopausal women. Currently, I am working with seniors which is again a unique experience and yet very rewarding.
I have conducted numerous nutrition programs covering wide range of topics for audience from various ages and conditions. I love to create recipes and also enjoy tweaking to enhance their healthiness without sacrificing flavor.
Outside of my professional commitments, I spend quality time with my family and friends. Time to time, I enjoy some arts and crafts and YES! I have a passionate obsession with houseplants. So, don’t be surprised to see my post on plants once in a while.
